That is how long it takes for new research to convert to practice. We will reduce that lag by bringing the latest research to your doorstep.

Are you seeing your patients' A1c levels remain high despite your best efforts? Are HIV infection rates rising in your community? Are COVID protocols causing confusion? Are there topics your providers want to learn more about to improve their practice?

Organizational Consulting and Training
Superior Assistance
CCWC will consult with you, and conduct a needs assessment among stakeholders—the institution's historians and those who hold institutional knowledge and wisdom (often, these individuals are not in typical leadership roles). From this discovery process, we will build trainings that will help your organization live its values. If you have a known, specific need, let CCWC know what training you would like and we will create an in-person or online training to meet your needs.
Development of Patient Education Materials
Universal Health Literacy Materials Designed for Your Patients/Members
The elements of human health can be complex and overwhelming. CCWC will distill these concepts for your patients or community members by targeting different learning styles, whether they be auditory or kinesthetic learners, visual or linguistic learners. Universal health literacy is the foundation of the content we create, with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging so that online and/or printed materials will empower patients and community members to develop real agency regarding their health outcomes.
